Mz Hunter's Annual Bday Book Drive

For the last two years I have held a Book Drive Fundraiser for my birthday. Instead of throwing a big party for my birthday I do something for my students, who I love oh so much.

With the help from family, friends, and followers, on Facebook, Twitter, and my Teacher Blog I raised $1,105.00 last year. With this money I was able to purchase 10 books for each of my first grade students.

This is something I would LOVE to do again. I LOVE what I do and I LOVE my students. Again this year I wanted to dedicate my birthday to my students.


This year I want to change it up a bit...I would like to do books for all of the children in my classroom and three (3) computer tablets for a reading technology center for my classroom.

October 29th is my birthday. Starting August 1st, I would like to raise AT LEAST $3,000 to purchase the books and tablets for the students. I KNOW that this is possible!

Again any size donation is welcomed and appreciated, but let's go BIG and let the children know that we care about them and their education. If we all work together, we can send off a HUGE donation as gift.
