My name is pooja shannon bhatia and I reside in san jose, california. This is my last year racing as a junior with the racing age of 18. I have qualified to represent USA with the national team for the annual bicycle race, 2013 junior track cycling worlds held in glasgow, scotland at the new sir chris hoy velodrome. Racing will be held on august 7-11 but I leave august 3. I have received level 2 funding. Level 2 funding means there is a requirement of $2000 needed from the rider and USA cycling will cover the rest of the expenses. I have been working towards this goal for 4 years and donating would help me make this goal and dream of mine come true. Thank you for all the support.
