AUSTIN NEEDS YOUR HELP!!!

Austin Garrity is FIGHTING For his SIGHT and now his LIFE !!! Due to a Rare, super painful Eye Disease... Keratoconus(KC) , he went legally blind in both eyes.  The picture above is of his eye, after his left eye Cornia Transplant. After a year of monthly visits to take one or two stitches out, and having conjunctivitis , which haulted the stitches schedule ,we have Two stitches to go. HOWEVER; Austin's  right eye has gotten worse, and is causing OCULAR MIGRAINES that cause him horrible pain and vomiting enough for him to be hospitalized from dehydration with SEVERE KIDNEY FAILURE. He almost died!! The KC  Surgeon said we need to do the right eye as soon as possible!

The KC Doctor isn't in the area, so Austin will have to travel a few hours to another state for the transplant surgery. He will need to stay in a motel for a follow up appointment the next day. He will then need to travel to the hospital once a month, to remove one or two stitches, for a year, until all 16 stitches are removed ,around his Iris.  Like any transplant ,there is a posibility of rejection to the donor tissue.  He will need to take rejection medication to try to keep this from happening. Any help you can give to Austin to help aid his recovery and reduce his stress...  is greatly appriciated!!  Austin has a long road ahead of him still!!! Thoughts and prayers are needed!!!!   Thank you!!!
