House Fire Destroys Everything
Cody and Amy Martin are hard working parents to three wonderful children. Cody was laid off from the coal industry in the wake of the last administrations energy cuts, but has been working hard building a small construction business to provide for the family. Amy is a Breast Cancer Survivor who just underwent more surgeries a week ago to repair her chest wall. They have an 18 year old son Alex and little 7 year old Caelyn who live in the home. Amy along with battling cancer, being a full time mom also started a small business this year. On the morning of April 11th a fire broke out in the home of Cody and Amy. Thank goodness the fire alarms went off and the oldest son Alex and Cody were able to get the family outside to safety. After fire crew's arrived and wirked tirelessly to put out the fire, all that is left is burned, and damaged. The home is a loss and most of the families belongings were burned or water damaged. Though tjey have insurance we know how those companies are and the family is in need of help now. Any donations will help, if you live near them and can donate items that also will help.
