Sisters, Erica (age 12) and Christina (age 11) Paccione, began practicing the Olympic sport of Judo at the age of 4. They are both ranked #1 in the country and were invited to participate as a member of USA's Judo Team at the Pan American Judo Championships in El Salvador and the European Team in either Belgium or France this November.

The sisters have won multiple State and National Championships and have been consistently ranked through USA Judo. This year alone they both were Gold medalists at the following major events: Cherry Blossom Open, National point tournament in Delray Beach, FL; Judo Scholastics in Miami; USA Judo Junior Olympics in Texas and at the USJA/USJF Junior Nationals in Pittsburgh.

The goal of the sisters is to attend both events and to bring home another Gold medal each and to gain further knowledge and training. They have their dream of making the 2020 Olympics.

They are asking for your help to bring home the Gold medals. Please consider helping them in any way you can. Even $5 helps! The funds collected will go towards entry fees, travel and hotel.

Thank you!!!

THANK YOU for supporting Erica and Christina Paccione to compete in France. You made the possibility for them to train and compete on international soil a reality.

As you all know Erica and Christina train under their dad, Sensei John Paccione at Kodokan Judo of Cape Coral.

They flew to France for the Harnes International Judo Competition in early December bringing back the bling!

The sisters were among 6 other Americans that competed. Each athlete was number one in their age and weight division in the USA. The tournament divisions were very large ranging from 9 to 50 in one division.

On day one our American Team took home a gold, silver and a bronze medal.

Erica Paccione fought in a 17 person, -52kg division and won multiple matches by ippon (full point) with one win was under 12 seconds. She proudly took home the Silver medal along with a gift of an Adidas sports bag.

Christina Paccione (11), fought up in age and weight. Her opponents had a 17 pound advantage and were one to two years older and she still managed to score some great throws but ultimately did not make it to the finals.

We are so proud of the girls and the accomplishments of the USA Team as a whole! GO USA!

Thank you again for all of your support!
