Need Car Repairs

We have always lived on a very tight budget and Samantha has had to reduce the hours she is able to work due to her Sjogrens Syndrome. Her car has broken down and I am trying to raise $426.18 to repair it. We desperately need this car fixed as it is her only means of getting to doctors appointments and taking our son places during the day. We simply don't have the money to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
