Make This House A Home

Long story short: I have this house that I no longer want. I know this girl who wants this house. We need money to make this happen. Long story long: My name is Kayleigh. When I was 19 I purchased a house for myself to live in. I was in college, earning my art degree. I used the house as studio space and to simply enjoy. It was a wonderful quiet time. Life eventually took me elsewhere; I got married, had babies and then divorced. This house is still standing and could use some work. I had this great notion; what if I just give this house to someone? Well, I need your help. There is someone specifically I would like to give this house to. She has a large family with 5 kids. She is one of those people that has not been given the easiest life yet she combats all of it with a consistent upbeat personality. She is kind and bubbly. She works hard and goes to school. She does whatever she can to build a great life for her and her children. I think she could use a hand. Don't we all need help every once in a while? She is overdue for that help and I am asking for anyone to help me, help her. Every penny donated will be spent to pay off the existing mortgage and/or to renovations to the house. It could use a little work and I would like to not only give her a home, but give her a home she can be proud of. I would be so grateful for any help and I know she will be more that ecstatic.
