Medical Expense Fund For Dave

My step dad Dave was riding his motorcycle and a family friend of ours was riding on the back of it, well they were hit head on by a driver under the influence, this being the drivers 5th offense of the same charge on May 9th. The family friend was airlifted to the hospital and Dave was rushed to the hospital in the ambulance.
Dave had a double surgery on his foot and wrist, pins and wire were put in his toes to reattach them. He had a spiral fracture in his left leg but it was way too swollen to do surgery so he had that surgery last Friday He's been in a lot of pain with the road rash all the way down his body and the nerves bothered by surgery but the physical therapist says he's doing great in physical therapy. This is going to be a long recovery for him.
Any type of donation would be greatly appreciated to help us since the driver did not have insurance. We would love to get the story out because we want to bring attention to the laws in Wisconsin. The driver had his 5th offense of a DUI and he never spent one day in jail for it he was let off. This is very unsettling for our family because that guy continues to be driving under the influence to this day because the law has not done enough to get him off the road.
