Help Me Save My Best Friend

This is my best friend Nagisa(a Japanese word for Seashore.) Nagisa was a rescue dog and likes to get into trouble a lot. Recently she got out of our dog pen and upon finding her, she had been struck by a car. After the accident she was left with damage to her lower body and a hip displacement. Without this surgery, she would be left unable to walk and in pain for the rest of her life. Putting her down is not an option, as she is my bestest buddy in the world and I don't know what I'd do without her. She has required multiple X-rays, medication, and now surgery and these bills are very large. If anyone wants to help with her medical bills, I will be forever grateful of you.
