Save Lennox my Rottweiler!!

Lennox is on the left and that's Me right there! Lennox recently got diagnosed with hip dysplasia and needs a 3000$ surgery to fix it...Unfortunately I don't have the money for it so all you guys help would be greatly appreciated! I love him and wouldn't know what I what ever do without him!
