No cap with 5/3, union has a commercial account. You don't have to have an account with them to donate.

It can be a pain at times to donate at 5/3 bank. This site makes it a bit easier for those who cant get to the bank or don't have a 5/3. Also 5/3 has a cap on how much the account can have donated to it, if I remember correctly from last time. Not trying to stir the pot or start an argument, this site is convenient for some and just an additional way to get money to the family.
