Help Bring Lily Home❤

This isn't my story, it's Lily's... this is my baby girl. Probably the closest I'll ever get to having a child. Since I moved to Arizona my life has improved greatly. I have been given a second lease on life. Unfortunately in order to do that I had to leave behind my family, friends, belongings, and worst of all my baby girl. She was being cared for by my ex up until now. Unfortunately his life has taken a bad turn financially and his health has gone downhill in the last few months. It's now to a point where he has had to go into the hospital. Unsure of when he will be out and if he will even have a place to live when he does, I am now greatly concerned as to what will happen to Lily. She's turning 12 and only has a few good years left. She deserves to be with one of us and right now it cannot be with him. Currently she is living in his apartment alone with people stopping by to spend some time with her once a day and she is being walked and fed regularly. While she is being cared for she is alone most of the time. It's not fair to her and I plan to go back to NY to get her and bring her home with me to Arizona. The problem being the cost of getting out there and bringing her back. I am reaching out to everyone and anyone who reads this and is willing to help. She doesn't deserve to spend her last year's alone and potentially homeless. To give her to a new family at this point would be cruel and tbh I think she would die of a broken heart. I have a good amount of money to work with to make this trip but it's not enough. I know it's a lot to ask but I need help to bring her home. Please, if anyone out there would be willing to help it would be greatly appreciated. Any contributions no matter how small would be helpful. All either of us (me & the ex) want is for her to be safe and healthy and cared for. No matter what mistakes me and Nick made over the years she shouldn't have to pay for them. These last few years she has should be with her family, loved and cared for. Please help me bring her home. Lily deserves a good ending to her life and I can give it to her. I just need the help to get her out here safely.
