Savannah Grace HLHS

I know a lot of people have followed Savannah's journey unfortunately the doctors can't do anything else for her, so she will be taken off of life support on Thursday 1-11-18. As most of you know me and her dad have been taking care of her while she was home neither of us have a job right now and we would like to do a nice memorial/visitation for her but we need help anything would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks to everyone for all the kind words and messages we are grateful for all of you!!!
