Arcade for Spring Hill, TN

I am a 17 year old that lives in the town of Spring Hill, Tennessee. Our town is rapidly expanding and I feel that there aren't enough places for entertainment in our town. We have a few parks but there are no buildings for entertainment or games. An arcade is a perfect addition for our town. This place can have a bar and grill for drinks and food.
