giant grease trap for my vegan cafe

The city of Chattanooga, TN is making me install a giant 1500 gallon grease interceptor for my small vegan cafe . We have been open here since 2009 serving vegan dishes in the heart of the south. We are extremely passionate about the food we cook. We do no deep frying - and obviously have no meat, cheese or dairy product residue going down the drains. This is a new general ordinance to help with the overwhelming storm drain dilemma in this city overrun with bbq and burger joints! This giant metal inground box is $10,000 and we simply don't have the funds. Any contributions will help so we can continue to cook delicious, healthy vegan food for the fine folks of Chattanooga!
