My Father's Death Expenses

My name is Cassie , my daddy died on November 6, 2016. He was in jail awaiting trial. The people he had to evict from his home stole from him and told the police he did some things he couldn't have done. He was on oxygen 24 hours a day and so weak he had to use a wheelchair to get around. He was denied his oxygen on several occasions while awaiting trial. The first time I knew of was at his arraignment. When he was wheeled into the court room he was grey and gasping for air he was also very confused. The nurses at the facility made him go to the nurse station twice a day for a breathing treatment without his oxygen because the concentrater was bulky and they had no plug according to the nurse manager. When he was arrested on August 23 ,2016 he was alert and aware after he had been incarcerated , he became very confused not himself at all. He was also denied his wheelchair for at least 2 days , maybe more. He donated his body to science years ago it was all supposed to be taken care of. By the time we got his belongings , it was to late. I am on disability just getting by. My aunts and uncles paid for a cremation with money they don't have either. I would like to hire a lawyer and clear my daddy's name , he did not have that chance. I would love to have someone held accountable for his death. He would still be alive if he had been here , where he should have died. I want to pay my family back , handle the succession and pay off the loan against his house which will go to me.
