Home destroyed by heavy snow

I am the neighbor of a wonderful family, who are currently going through a horrible time. On Thursday February 16th my house phone rang and it was Kellie calling, she was asking for me and my partner to go over to her house and quickly help grab a few things out of their house as the roof was caving in. I was able to get over there about 5 minutes later. By then Kellie and her daughter Taylor were coming out the back door crying, Kellie had one laundry basket of clothing with her. At this time her sons ceiling was on his bed, I couldn't even imagine how she felt. Quickly calling the fire department 3 fire trucks showed up to help out. All they managed to get was her sons medication. The house was deemed unsafe to try and get anything else. Over the past few days I've been watching her house across the road slowly bend in half and fall to pieces. Kellie and her family have been displaced from their everyday lives. I am reaching out to the greater community for any donations to help them get back on track and be able to buy food, clothing, basic needs, dog supplies.. etc, they lost everything. Kellie is a Educational assistant working in Kemptville,Ontario. She is unable to work during this overwhelming time. Dylan is a high school student attending St.Marks High School in Manotick,Ontario. Taylor is a student at La Cite Collegiate.
