Photographing Diversity

I am an 18 year old aspiring photographer who has always loved the feeling of helping others. Ever since I was little, I was in awe by the art of photography and traveling. With the help of my father, he educated me on where my people were from. I found out amazing things about my culture and longed to go to a place where it was so colorfully diverse and rich with culture. As I am maturing and becoming an adult, I am also growing more and more curious about what it is like where my people are from. Recently, I discovered GoFundMe. A place where I can openly ask for public donations. I open this campaign as a quest to fulfill my desires to express what my true passions are. I long to capture diversity through a lens. As I continue researching, I see this broad contrast between where I live and where my people are from. If I reach my goal of $3,000 USD, I will be able to document the intense contrast of lifestyles with the art of photography. Any type of donation will benefit me so much.
