A new well

We need a brand new well and the bank won't loan $  to me because I have everything in my name so it makes my income/debt ratio too high. Bill helps me pay for everything...but the bank doesn't consider that because his income is irregular.  We don't have any water, haven't for the last week. So that means we don't have showers, can't do dishes, laundry, and can't flush the toilet. The well guys came out Thursday and said our casing of the well is bad so it won't hold prime, so that means we need a new well. I went and got the permit yesterday $229...but then the loan person called me back and said they couldn't approve the loan  (even with my parents) If you can help, we would be so grateful!  Thanks everyone!!
