Harlems Journey

As most of you know Renee and Jhai's son Harlem was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma Cancer just before Christmas. Neuroblastoma cancer is a rare disease with about 40 children diagnosed each year in Australia.
None of us can ever imagine as a parent hearing those words or being faced with this struggle so we cannot even begin to understand how hard this will be for Harlem's family.
Harlem is currently undergoing chemotherapy, that is why I am starting this page for them because they have a long road ahead of them and would love your help and support.
