Help me fight to live happy and healthy longer.

My name is Erik, I was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure and emphysema. All I want to do now is move closer to family so I can get help with taking my meds and quiting smoking.  I am in the worst depression I've ever been. I hate my life here and want to be where I can be healthier and happier.  Being Near my nieces and nephews would allow me to smile and get out of my head. I would be able to get outside which is hard to get myself to do now. 

I would also like to get some tools for making stuff for some income, I would also like to take some classes at a folk school. 
After getting settled I would like to do volunteer work with victims of domestic abuse because restraining orders are a joke!
