In memory of Randy Nebel

Randy Nebel was a man so full of life. He always brought a smile to the room. He was loyal, he was loving, he was a force of energy! Last night, July 2, 2019, Randy passed away due to complications from pneumonia. In true Randy fashion, he laughed and spread love to the Doctors, Nurses, and Visitors while in the hospital. He fought until his lungs and heart could not fight anymore.
We are  hoping the money raised on this GoFundMe page will help take some of the financial burden off of his family. We would like to raise money to have a Headstone made for him so that there is a place for people to visit. The family would like to have a service in Dubuque, Iowa, where he is also loved by so many.
