"Help Boy Save His Best friend"

Hi this is my son Bradley and his best friend friend Tank! Tank is a 3 year old neutered blue nose! Bradley has had him since he was just a baby. He is the sweetest most friendliest dog we have ever had. About 2 years ago Tank was in the wrong place at the wrong time (which happened to be his own fenced in back yard) when the neighbor's dog decided to get over are fence to get into contact with are female dog bella that was in heat. Bella ended up fighting with the dog to get him away from her. When all the action took place tank ran over to see what was happening getting himself attacked as well. We ran out to get the dogs as the owner to to the dog that started all this sat and videoed it all never once getting up to get his dog. He then called animal control on my son's dog. Animal control came out and took tank from us for a month until we went to court. But let us keep bella. Even though his dog came into our yard we paid for his vet bills (we were not ordered to but did it out of the kindness of our hearts) once we went to court we were ordered to take a dangerous dog class, had to have a tacking device put in tank, register him as a viscous dog, he has to wear a dangerous dog tag as well as a muzzle anytime that he is out of his cage and while he is in his cage he must have a lock on it that remains locked while he his in it as well as we have to pay five hundred dollars a year to keep him. Anytime that it doesn't get paid on time animal services gives us a ticket to also pay! If it doesn't get paid then they put tank down with no option to be adopted out. So because he is such a good dog, my son's best friend and has never hurt anyone we chose to keep him. We did get rid of bella through all of this and and sent her to another loving home because we couldn't risk something like this happening again. Now we have hit a milestone we have to move very very soon and not even sure where we are moving yet due to financial issues and recently having Christmas were it a stand still financially. Tanks yearly fee was due back in the beginning of December. We have already been ticketed for this so not only are we trying to get help to be able to keep tank but we have to also pay the ticket or it will cause us jail time and are dog will be put down. We don't have much time left at all to come up with this. We are all devasted ecspecially my son. He cries day in and day out begging us to find a way to keep him. It's so hard to see our son hurt like this and it hurts us because we don't know what else to do! Tank isn't just a dog he is more then that he is apart of our family and like another son to us! Tank didn't ask for any of this he truly didn't do any wrong. I hope when people read our story they will find it in there hearts to help our son save his bestfriend and most of all help Tank save his own life!
