Keith and Catherine Anfenson Fund

Donation protected
You may have heard, but if you haven't, Keith Anfenson and his wife Catherine were on their way to the West Valley Cycle group ride on Saturday 10/3/15 when they were struck from behind by a car who did not see them through the sunrise.

They are both currently in the hospital, Keith is in ICU with broken ribs, clavicle, pelvis, as well as a broken bone in his back.  He has now been able to say where he is, but has no recollection of what happend.

Catherine was also hit and sustained 6 broken ribs, collapsed lung, broken collar bone, and broken pelvis.  She is due for surgery and will also be on the road to a long recovery.

These are two amazing people and cyclists from the West Valley community, they are also parents who are the sole source of income for their family.  They are going to need as much help and support as possible in order to get through this time, they are facing a hard few months in order to get back to health and anything you can do is going to help.

Keith is also a Veteran and served for a year and a half in Iraq, he has always had the community and his friends and family first in everything he does.  I know that every little bit that can be done will go to helping them to stay afloat without either of them being able to work and to take those worries away from them in this tough time.

Keith is a welder by trade and does amazing work, but with this happening, he is not going to be able to go back to work in the next few months, so they are going to need as much support as possible.

Keith recently started the Tuesday Night Crit ride out on the west side which has turned into another great group ride to get out on.  These are GOOD people and great members of the cycling community.

Keith is a member of the Finish Strong Christian Cycling club, of which he is a strong believer, he always wanted something to ride FOR, and with his strong Christian beliefs and love for God, he has been a member of the Finish Strong community for a while now.

If you are not able to donate, please, keep them in your prayers, they are an amazing family and can use all of the thoughts and prayers possible.
