Evan's Surgery-Battling Parkinson's

Many of you know I was diagnosed with Early On-Set Parkinson's Disease in 2011 and have tried countless treatments and several surgeries to assist me in my battle against this debilitating and incurable disease. I am a successful Restaurant Manager and Special Events Coordinator and am unable to continue pursuing my passions without receiving a new Deep Brain Stimulation Implant. I have hosted many fundraisers for research and development but this time it is I who am in need of financial assistance for an upcoming surgery. I am due for my 3rd Deep Brain Stimulation Implant and am in direct need of some assistance in order for me to continue my beautiful life.
