My niece Abigail Waldron was recently diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is about to be diagnosed with a heavy dose of Abigail.
Abby is just 9 years old but has the strength of someone 9 times her age.
This weekend as her treatment began she learned that chemotherapy would make her hair fall out. Abby decided to shave it off herself. She is not giving cancer the chance or the upper hand. The staff here at Hasbro Children's hospital in Providence, RI has never seen power and determination in such a young girl before. Abby has said "I am not just a fighter. I am a winner"
Today I am setting up this page for her in an effort to help Abby's parents, my sister Amy and my brother in law Matt and Abby's younger sister Madeline. The funds we raise here will help with medical costs and other things the Waldron family will need as they adjust to their new life.
I thank you, my family thanks you and together we can make a difference in this little fighters life.
