Support For Rosa
On December 29th at approximately 5:00a.m in Escondido, CA. Between Valley Parkway and Mission. My boyfriend's mother was mugged and physically assaulted. Unfortunately, she does not have a car and has to walk to and from work everyday. She cleans houses for a living and was on her way to work when she was attacked by a man. She is an older woman in her 50’s and has no other source of transportation to get to where she needs to go besides walking or using a bus. All her belongings were taken from her, phone and wallet which contained her most of her personal information such as ID card, green card and money. I have started a go fund me page to help her with the costs of the medical costs due to the attack, replacement for her green card & ID and perhaps even raise some money to help her save for a car which I believe she is in need of. Stay safe everyone.+ Read More
Update on Rosa, mentally she is doing better; however, physically her fingers are still very swollen. She started to work again but her boss had told her that she is to rest until her hand fully heals. Since her personal information has been stolen including her ID & green card. I have put myself as the person who will withdraw the money for Rosa as she does not have a bank account. I am reaching out to you all to finalize a goal of $600. Hopefully this will help her replace her green card which still needs to be replaced. I will provide an update with her via video to thank you all. She is now aware that she has a GoFundMe but does not fully understand the concept of how this works. I am planning to film her while presenting her with the money raised for her. Thank you to all of those who have generously donated.
Thank you for all of your support. Rosa is unaware that I have set up a go fund me page for her so I'm sure that she will be extremely grateful when she finds out of all these generous donations made for her recovery. Thank you to those who have shared similar experiences and understand the impact this has on someone life. She is doing better but is still recovering of the trauma.
