I am Dan Rolando a friend of the family  and will be responsible for withdrawals and distributing funds to Carey and Mike Smith. I have known for about 4 years  and funds will go to the family's bank account for financial support !

Tom was surrounded by his family with love, this afternoon as we made the decision to remove life support, after drs advised us that his  injuries were so severe they are non recoverable. Tom is in a better place not in pain anymore. Thank you for your thoughts, prayers, and donations.

DENVER -- A vehicle hit a man who was crossing a street in a wheelchair Wednesday night in southeast Denver, the Denver Police Department said. Police said the victim was in critical condition after the crash about 6:45 p.m. at East Quincy Avenue and South Tamarac Drive. The victim was taken to Denver Health Medical Center. The vehicle was traveling eastbound on Quincy when the crash happened. The adult male driver stayed at the scene and was arrested for investigation of vehicular assault. Police said there's a possibility alcohol could have been involved.
