Skewed and Reviewed Site Restoration

Hello,
We had a nasty site hack a month ago and it has destroyed most of the sites functions. We lost our theme, links, graphics, authorship, permissions and so on. With 11 years of work and content this has been horrible to say devastating too our traffic and business plans for 2013 which include doing charity events.
We have worked for several weeks to try to restore it but have been unable to get it back to more than minimal functions.
At this point we are looking at a rebuild, new theme, updates, and transfer of data.
We recently hosted and funded a charity event so we had committed much of our resources to that when this hit. We have E3, San Diego Comic Con, PAX Prime and other events coming up as well and wish to give the best possible coverage we can to them.
