We're raising money to upgrade some critical infrastructure to make the farm more sustainable and to pave the way into the CSA/Farmers' Market/WWOOF universe.
Planned upgrades include permanent and temporary fencing, free-range livestock shelters, greenhouse, vermiculture, irrigation, crop rotation, fruit orchards, and other assorted needs.
Our ultimate goals are sustainable permaculture, free-range livestock husbandry, and education. We've spent the last four years building up our flocks of sheep, chickens, ducks, hogs, and rabbits largely out-of-pocket so that we can provide good food for friends and family. Now we are ready to improve everything by an order of magnitude!
