Assist My Quest To Mayo Clinic

My name is Jamie. I'm 27 years old and in need of help to get to mayo clinic. I have struggled my entire life with medical problems. 3 spine surgeries, adrenal cancer, removal of the galbladder, ovarian cyst/tumor, the list goes on. I have been diagnosed with rare conditions, like congenital adrenal hyperpalasia, nonparoxysmal sinus tachycardia, gangleoneuoroblastoma- and recently have been dealing with the worsening of my heart, and sudden onset of unexplained hypertension. Along with these issues came severe depression that led me to a recent attempt on my own life. I've spent the past year in and out of the hospital and the past week in an institution. As my doctor says, numbers don't lie. Tests don't lie. I have been referred from one specialist to another and no one can figure out what's wrong with me- they all agree on one thing though. I need mayo clinic. I got an appointment on November 22nd. Now the struggle is how to afford 2+ weeks off of work. The cost of getting to mayo. The cost of lodging while there. The cost of animal care while I am gone. (I have the most precious little piggy and puppy dog.) I am not one to ask for help. I am stubborn, ashamed, embarassed, and try to pretend that I am independent. I need help. Any assistance will not only be appreciated, but life saving. (Literally!)
