Fighting cancer

Leroys Journey: This go fund me page is to help a great man named Leroy Harris.  Leroy is 51 years old.  In January 2014 Leroy battled through prostate cancer but in May of 2016 he was diagnosed with a very rare Sarcoma that had metastasized to his lymphnodes and is currently in Stage 3.  Leroy underwent multiple surgeries but unfortunately the treatment was not as successful as the doctors had hoped and his Sarcoma reoccurred within 3 months.  Leroy is again undergoing  8 hours for 3 days of intense chemotherapy that makes him extremely ill for 17 days then it starts all over again.  The nickname for this chemo is "The Red Devil".  Most people can not tolerate it.

Leroy is a school bus driver and is loved by his co-workers and bus students.  He is kind, loving and caring to all and is ALWAYS willing to help others in any way possible.  He is trying to work every day because other than his friend Maria he has no financial help or support.  Unfortunately his family does not live in New Jersey.  Maria is making sure Leroy is getting the best care possible but travel expenses to and from New York are getting very expensive.  

Between lack of extra work that Leroy usually does and countless medical expenses finances are extremely stressed.  Unfortunately until you are in this situation you do not realize how many medical procedures are not covered by insurance 

If you have ever battled cancer or know someone who has you would understand that mentally it is a grueling process.  Having to worry about your finances or anything else just adds to your illness.  Leroy is struggling financially to keep his head above water and can not work extra through his treatment.
Please pray for Leroy and anything you can do to help us fight this battle would be greatly appreciated.  This will help lift this burden to maintain some normalicy for him.   Leroy and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
