No Insurance, Need Dental Surgery

This is my young adult granddaughter who is working at an auto parts store.  She does not have insurance nor is making particularly a lot of money.  Nor does she have parental help financially.  She found out the pain she is in with her mouth is she has 5, NOT 4, but 5 impacted wisdom teeth.   She needs them removed.  The quote to remove them, depending on where I call is between $3000-6000, sight unseen by dentists.   There is no way a young girl at an auto parts store can raise this type of money to get this done. . She is trying to find additional work, but thus far hasn't landed anything.  Can you help?  This is a medical necessity and she is in pain.
