This site is to help a 7 yr old boy with juvenile diabetes obtain a much needed Alert dog. Diabetic Alert Assistance Dogs are a specific type of Medical Assistance Dog that have been trained to use their highly sensitive scent capabilities to identify the changes in blood chemistry that occur during rapid changes in blood sugar levels.
