As someone who has suffered with their mental health for nearly ten years, I know how important an organisation like The Samaritans is.
16 people acoss the UK committ suicide every single day. That is 16 too many.
£10 can help train a volunteer. £15 can give ongoing email support to one person in need. £20 lets the Samaritans answer 5 calls to people who really need someone to listen.
I am hoping to raise £5000 to support the Samaritans in helping save more lives.
With my amazing and large social media following, I hope that you can all support me in raising money for an incredible organisations that saves lives every minute of every day.
I am going to be giving up alcohol from now until 1st December, and I hope that as you all know what a prosecco lover I am, you will sponsor me to do this, and know that it is going to an absolutely amazing cause.
