Help Michel Fight Against Cancer

Hello people!We are here to ask for your help. Our friend Michel, 40 y.o., a super fun, kind and generous, with a positive outlook of life kinda guy two months ago was diagnosed with leukaemia (AML) which is an aggressive type of blood cancer.At the moment, he is going through the second round of chemotherapy and then he'll have a third final session before the bone marrow transplant early January. As you can appreciate, it's a lengthy process which in his case isn't going to end for a while yet. That also means that Michel will not be able to work in a kitchen - he's a chef - for another 6-8 months at best, and that means supporting himself and his mother who's flown over from Brazil to help out through this difficult time is proving very challenging. So we aim to raise enough funds to support Michel with core treatment costs as well as daily living costs - so he can get by alright - and make sure that him and his mother can rest assured and focus on the more important stuff like improving his health at least for a period of time.So on behalf of Michel and his family, we reach out to ask for your help with any sum that may not necessarily tip the scale over the wrong side for you but most certainly will add up and hopefully tip it over the right side for our dear friend Michel. In times like this we may reflect and realise how much we have and take for granted in life.
