Baby Wyett Robbins

Josh and Jennifer Robbins welcomed Wyett into the world June 27th at 4:31 pm. He weighed 6lbs and 14oz and was 19 3/4 inches long. Wyett was four weeks early. The first night he struggled with low blood sugar, but they got the resolved overnight. Last night the nurse notices baby Wyett was working pretty hard to breathe. His respiratory rate was in the 90’s and they want it between 30-50. They did and echo on his heart and found that he had Coarctation of the Aorta. Wyett was careflighted this afternoon and Jennifer got to go with him. They will do another echo and meet with the doctors to determine when surgery will be done and if it will be done by open heart or not that invasive. 

Josh and Jennifer will be out of work for sometime to help take care of Wyett. Let’s help these new parents with these unexpected medical expenses and what other expenses may rise as they are tending to Wyett.
