Hi I am here to tell you of good news and Bad news,
I have recently gotten health insurance, which I desperately needed with my Type II diabetes. that is the good news. The bad news is it is taking all I can afford to pay my monthly premium, and my Doctor visit fees. My Doctor wants to give me 4 prescriptions, and if it wasn;t for the 350.00 deductible that is separate for prescriptions all would be great.I have started this fund so that I can be able to get my prescriptions which I have to pay full price for till I meet my 350.00 deductible, then they drop to 10.00 co-pays.
I am asking for 385.00 to pay the deductible and the fee's associated with Gofundme.
Any all help will be greatly appreciated. I want to get healthy so I can have as much quality time with my family I can
