Tess and Baloo are five year-old SharPei-mix siblings currently being fostered in Vermont. They are people-oriented dogs whose favorite activities are enjoying walks, cuddling and giving kisses. While being vetted in Vermont they were diagnosed with conditions requiring surgery. Both dogs suffered chronic ear-infections resulting in narrowing and calcification of the ear canals. This condition causes them to shake their heads and dig at their ears in attempts to remove moisture and dislodge debris. In addition, Baloo has Entropion. His lower eye-lids and lashes are turned in, rubbing on his cornea with every blink, causing irritation and tearing. We cannot ignore these conditions in good conscience. They must be addressed as soon as possible. Veremedy has generously agreed to partner with the Potter's Angels Rescue group's fundraising efforts. PLEASE, help us provide these necessary surgeries for Tess and Baloo. They are loving companions and we want to grant them relief from these agonizing conditions.
