North Andros Hurricane Relief Fund

Hurricane Matthew was devastating to North Andros towns in the Bahamas.

Bahamas NEMA and relief organizations are currently providing immediate supplies, this GoFundMe campaign is 100% focused on rebuilding the local communities in Lowe Sound and Nicholl's Town.

100% of funding will go to building materials, household appliances and equipment to rebuild these communities. All funds raised for aid to North Andros will be used to purchase goods in the US and shipped over to Morgan's Bluff Marina or flown over to San Andros airport on North Andros, Bahamas. Funds will be withdrawn only based on receipts of goods and services consumed.

North Andros is one of the most beautiful areas of the Bahamas and is sometimes forgotten as it is not a tourism destination like Nassau and Freeport.

The local families need your support to rebuild and get their homes and communities working again.

My name is Spencer Slattery, I am a foreign villa owner in Nicholl's Town North Andros. I grew up going to the the Bahamas and love the people of Andros. I am working with local representatives in Lowe Sound and Nicholl's Town to help rebuild these communities. All money from this Campaign will be going to supplies to help rebuild. I am using these funds from my personal account to buy supplies in Fort Lauderdale and shipping them to Morgan's Bluff Andros via Air and Seacor shipping company. Waivers are being used to limit duties and fees as all of these supplies are for Hurricane Disaster Relief.
