Supporting Steve

£6,300 of £500 goal

Raised by 129 people in 29 months

On the 23rd December local Washington lad and keen cyclist, Stephen Willey aged 45, was subjected to a horrific and unprovoked attack while waiting for a bus with his wife in Newcastle, leaving Stephen with severe head injuries.
Since the devastating incident, Stephen has not yet regained consciousness and his condition is said to be stable, however his future and the extent of his injuries remains unknown.
We, Stephen’s family and friends, are hosting a charity event where we hope to raise money for Stephen when he finally returns home to help with his rehabilitation needs.
We are overwhelmed with support and the event sold out within a few days, however if you would like to contribute you can right here on this page.
With heartfelt thanks
