Ryan Polchinski's Funeral Expenses

Donation protected
My great-grandson Ryan Polchinski, age 20, was admitted to  University Medical Center in Las Vegas on September 13.  He was having severe stomach pain.  They were taking him to surgery for what was to be a simple appendectomy.  On the way to surgery he coded twice. When they opened him they found his abdomen to be full of blood.  He was admitted to ICU before requiring a third surgery where his gallbladder and appendix were removed and repairs made on several internal perforations.  What was causing this healthy 20 year old to have all these problems?  The doctors still did not know.  The doctors felt he was improving but Ryan was unable to hold a clear liquid diet down.  On Wednsday he was sitting up, talking and taking a few steps.  His father, Brian, left that night to go home feeling that he was getting better.  Before they arrived home, he recieved a call that Ryan was being rushed to surgery again.  He went back to the hospital to spend another night waiting for his son to come out of surgery.
Ryan had a total of 5 surguries in 16 days.  The last surgery required 100 units of blood.  At this point the doctors had no hope for recovery and he passed away on September 29th with his father at his side.
Brian his father my grandson has seen more tragedy in his life than he should have.  He lost his only brother who was hit by a car at age 12.  He lost his wife and Ryan's mother when Ryan was 14.  Now he's lost his only son.  Brian was with Ryan throughout this ordeal supporting and worrying, unable to work.  This is a financial burden on him and a worry he does not need.
If you can't help financially please pray for Brian and his girlfriend Vicki during this difficult time. Your thoughtfulness is great appreciated!
