Brian Johnson, for those of you that were lucky enough to know him and have him part of your life, you are just that, lucky. Brian was a member at Bladensburg VFD and part of the Bladensburg Police Force. He has left behind a wonderful wife, Keri, and 3 amazing children, Xander, Joshua and Julianne. He has been described as an over grown teddy bear, dear friend, loving husband, brother, son and father. This has been set up to assist Keri with everyday life. This is just a small way to show your appreciation for his hard work and all he did for everyone else. No amount is too small and any amount you can give is greatly appreciated. Please share this to your facebook to get the word out so we can help the family.
Thank you
Samantha

There is also an account that is set up through the Fire Department Co. 9 at BB&T bank or if you want to get other ideas please feel free to ask myself or anyone else you know is close to Keri. Thank you again everyone, blessed be

I was lucky enough not only to say Brian was my friend, but also my brother in-law. He sure was like a big teddy bear even though he looked intimidating. He was a great man. Missing him will just be apart of our lives now. Lets show my sister and the kids how thankful we are for everything he has done.

I am a member of Community United Methodist Church and heard about this through church. I just spoke to Keri's mother and wanted to see what I could do. I'm sure she can use the money for her family. I am so sorry for their loss.

Although I did not know Brian personally, I am deeply saddened by the death of a member police and fire family. My father was a police officer and was killed when I was very young. Prayers are with you and your family for strength and healing.
