Can you help us replace our fencing and save more animals?!
When we purchased our property two years ago, fencing was in place, but we quickly realized it was not a suitable long-term solution for the animals who reside at our sanctuary. We made necessary repairs and adjustments for the animals in our care, but we need your help to do more!
Our goal is to replace ALL fencing on our property with an ultra-durable solution that is appropriate for all species, current and future, who reside at the sanctuary. We don't want to have to keep making costly and time-consuming repairs to the sub-par fencing that exists currently, and instead, want to make the investment in fencing that will last many years and that will be safest for our animals. It's a very costly endeavor, with estimates running around $45,000, but it's a top priority for us. We absolutely cannot take certain types of animals (larger, draft-type horses, cows, etc.) because we know our fencing cannot contain them safely. In addition, we have 2-3 acres at the back of our property that we are not utilizing right now, because the fencing has fallen down in those areas. Thats 2-3 more acres to allow animals to live out their lives peacefully and loved!
