Access Cowling!

ACCESS COWLING!

The London Community Organization is partnering with Madison County Future Inc. and the the City of London to build its first inclusive, fully accessible playground with paved walkways, ramps, swings, slides, shade structures, ground-level activities, and a “music garden” of outdoor musical equipment, all atop artificial turf surfacing. 

The structure will be the region’s first inclusive playground, designed with attractions and equipment that is accessible to all children, including those with physical and cognitive differences.  

This project began as a small memorial for local child, Noah Hagmeier, who died tragically at 7 months old in May 2016.  But thorough the support of many it has grown into a vision to transform Cowling Park into an interactive and fun environment for ALL!  

Our organizations are in a great position to do something really special while also making London a true destination, drawing families from near and far.
