A New Horse for the Ranch
Donation protected
On September 15, 2016 my dad - Pastor David Stogsdill, lost his horse, Riley. He got out of the pasture and was hit on Woodville Rd and instantly killed. The video above was the news clip that our local news channel did to help share the impact Riley had on our community.
Riley was such a vital horse in the horse ministry of Grace Bible Baptist Church. We will never be able to replace Riley in our hearts, but we are looking to get another horse to complete the Grace Riders.
We need one that is dependable, good mannered, and naturally loving to secure safety for the children that love to ride.
These horses are a focal point for our church's VBS and monthly events held for the kids of the community, and with this unexpected loss - we are unable to purchase a horse at this time. That's why I thought to do this campaign and hopefully see the community come together and help us get enough funds together to get a new horse to continue our ministry and keep providing safe and fun rides with Grace Riders for the kids.
