Building StewartstownSummerTheatre

Stewartstown Summer Theatre has been providing quality community youth theatre for young people in southern York County and northern Maryland for 37 years. The theatre has touched and changed the lives of thousands of young people by giving them the tools to become who they were created to be.
     This year as the theatre prepares for its 38th annual production, Beauty and the Beast, it needs to complete phase two of "Building Stewartstown Summer Theatre."
Last summer the theatre replaced half of its stage and purchased new and improved seating for its venue. This year, the theatre needs to replace the second half of the stage as well as replace several power tools that are old and outdated. Both these efforts  will ensure safety of the cast, crew, and staff.
     The theatre needs to gather these funds by the end of May so we can effectively begin our production season. We are calling on the public who has witnessed the results of Stewartstown Summer Theatre as well as the thousands of its alumni tostep forward and help the theatre continue to move forward.
