The Living Life 365 Lifestyle Boutique will be providing you with all the tools you need to be successful throughout your healthy living journey. Whether you are a beginner, a seasoned athlete or somewhere in between, you can expect a personal experience that will guide and support you each step of the way. 

I am looking to bring back that small town vibe where you will feel like family upon walking in the door. Together we will build community. Let's get to know each other by name over a cup of coffee or tea provided by yours truly.

The Lifestyle Boutique will act as a one stop shop for all of your healthy living needs. You can expect to find products and services that will inspire your journey, hold you accountable and elevate you. I have hand chosen and/or designed all of the products and services that will be offered to you. I would never promote something I do not believe in myself.

The Story Behind Living Life 365:

My name is Alena Murgatroyd and I am the founder and creator of Living Life 365. 

Living Life 365 began as a lifestyle brand known for enhancing your quality of life via Exercise, Nutrition and Behavioral Management. I personally began this journey as an All American, Scholar Collegiate Athlete with the desire to learn as much as possible when it came to living a healthy lifestyle. Upon graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport and Exercise Science, I began working as a Health Practitioner. Through my experiences as a Health Practitioner, I had been inspired to create a brand that encourages, supports and educates those who wish to enhance their quality of life. That is when the Living Life 365 Brand was born.

Living Life 365 has since provided me with a the opportunity to carry out my life's passion along with a platform to help thousands reclaim their life both virtually and in Person. 

Virtually, I help those via the Living Life 365 App. The App acts as the ultimate pocket trainer and provides our Lifers with the tools to be successful while on the go.
In Person, I offer services such as Personal Training, Small Group Training, Group Exercise Classes and more. I have been and continue to work as a traveling fitness studio commuting from park to park, house to house and city to city.

I am excited and proud to announce that it is time to take all that Living Life 365 has to offer and open up shop!
