My dearest family and friends,

My name is A.J. Wagoner for those who do not know me and I currently live in Eustis, FL with my family. Between August and November I will be moving to Houston, TX to be with my soon-to-be fianee' (hopefully) and start a new chapter of my life. 

For now, I am a substitute teacher and will soon work again in the kitchen at Camp Boggy Creek for the summer. It will be my fifth summer, though it has been 6 years since the last time I was working for Camp Boggy Creek. 

Anyway, I come to you all with a humble heart as I have some expenses coming up I do not know how I will be able to pay without assistance. 

First, as of Saturday afternoon/evening my face began to swell up and today I went and got a dental exam to find out a wisdom tooth on the left side is coming in, but is coming in severely impacted. The wisdom tooth on my right side is also impacted and both will need to be taken out soon.

I have a consultation next week (May 5th) and will possibly get the teeth removed that day. The going rates right now lie between $190 to $450 per tooth and I would need the funds to pay that off within the next two weeks.  Between $380-$1,800 needed.

Second, I have signed up for a World Race Alumni trip to Lima, Peru at the end of July. I have paid half of the cost already, but will need to finish paying for the trip (about $337) and will have to reimburse Adventures in Missions for the plane ticket to Peru (not sure what that cost is exactly, but in the ballpark of $400 to $700). The costs for this trip will be needed no later than June 1st.

Finally, any amount over the $2,800 will go towards other expenses, such as moving costs later this year when I move to Houston. 

All in all, the $2,800 needed for the next few months will help with emergency medical needs, as well as fulfilling a dream to publish my first poetry book, going to a new country, and being able to take the next step in my relationship.

It would mean so much to me to have you, my family and friends, to partner with me and help me with these needs. I cannot do this life without help and as much as I do not enjoy asking for assistance, God has laid it on my heart to trust Him and to trust His children with these needs.

For all those who do help me, I will probably end up writing you a prophetic poem at some point to thank you even more and honor you for your assistance.
