Helping Ousman Mohammed' Kids

To God we belong and surely to Him we return.Ousman Mohammad was a loving father to his daughter, an affectionate husband to his wife and a caring and supportive son to his single mother. He worked as a teacher at Awolia Muslim Missionary School, where he were known for his endless sympathy and generosity towards students who were vulnerable due to their economic and family problems. He served as a mentor for those students who needed psychological support and he also supported students economically by covering their school fees and providing uniforms despite his own economic challenges and his personal responsibility of taking care of his families. He was also among the people who stood up against the injustices during the Ethiopian Muslim movement and was a very active community member of the Ethiopian Muslim Protest. On October 2015 Ousman Mohammed traveled to Somali Land to work with the Islamic Online University to contribute something for the ummah. After about 3 months, his family received the devastating news of his sudden death at the age of 31. The news was very shocking to his family and everyone who knew him. He is survived by his Wife, his 2-year-old daughter, and his son who were born 5 months after his passing away. He is also survived by his single mother and his only younger brother. As we can imagine, his families will have a difficult journey ahead of them as he were the main supporter and bread winner for the family. It is not possible to forget the services and all the selfless acts that Ousman offered to his students and to the ummah at large and inshaAllah his legacy will continue through his children and the students that he inspired. His family has already gone through challenges and we want to make the challenge easier by contributing what ever we can to help support his wife and his two children.
